The affect which Vitamin E has on our body has been known for hundreds of years. Recent studies have shown that apart from the daily intake recommendation, the skin also requires relatively large amounts of Vitamin E. This is mainly due to the Vitamin`s ability to protect our skin from sun radiation. Vitamin E is an anti oxidant, protecting the skin cells from oxidation (as a result of radiation or free radicals), thus slowing down the skin aging process. By inserting Vitamin E into microscopic conductors, our Chemists at the GIGI Laboratories have succeeded in maintaining the Vitamin`s qualities, enabling it to act in the inner skin cells. Vitamin E also has the advantage of acting as an effective moisturizer, decreases fine lines and maintains skin elasticity.
